During May 2016,  COSOL Australia Pty Ltd had the opportunity to hold our quarterly Board Meeting at Kingscliff Beach Bowls Club (KBBC). We utilised the private board meeting room for two days and took advantage of the access to meals and coffee on premises. The facility was just what we needed to conduct our board meeting. The staff were very professional and a pleasure to interact with. We meet quarterly at different locations around Australia and overseas, and plan on holding more meetings at the KBBC. The view is also not hard to take being on the beachfront. Thanks Donna for being our host.

Dear Mr Phill Kelly, General Manager Kingscliff Beach & Bowls Club,
It is appropriate to provide you with some feedback as to the experience we enjoyed at your facility recently.
In one word the day was most excellent, this largely if not wholly as a result of your great facility, cooperation and service received.
Discussing our needs and organising our conference initially with Helen Gardiner and lately through Donna Buxton, your events coordinator, was a pleasure and one that delivered great outcomes. I could not have asked for or expected for better results. Nothing mentioned or asked for was to much and quickly and efficiently organised. Toastmasters events have now been held at your beautiful club on several occasions over the years and we are grateful to be made warmly welcome time after time. It is prudent to also mention your Executive Chef Mr Tony Axelby who with his complement of staff made sure all of us were provided meals quickly and timely including some special meals which some of our attendees had requested. Whole day coffee, tea and a special afternoon tea was much appreciated by all.I trust that we may again enjoy the use of your facilities sometime in the future when the next Area Director needs the use of suitable rooms for his or her conference.Thank you very much for a wonderful day made possible by your committed staff.

Hi Donna
Special thanks Donna for your attention to our Red Cross function last week in the functions room.
As usual the room is a perfect venue and I was most grateful for the projector and microphone to add a professional edge for our speakers.
Thank you for your hard work setting up the room and for organising the afternoon tea.
Everyone enjoyed the event and I have had great feedback from many who attended.
I look forward to working with you again on our Volunteer Christmas Party on 8th December.
